Delete your Kanaf Care account

You can delete your account and data at any time. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Kanaf Care and sign in.
2. Open Account and family.
3. Tap Delete account and all data, then confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and the child files you own are removed from the server and from family devices. They can remain in encrypted backups for up to 14 days, then they are erased.

To keep a child's file with someone else, transfer it to them before you delete your account.
